Welcome to Christmas at The Rag!  Here you will find all of our Christmas Fayre menus which are available throughout December.

For parties of 10 or more, we require a pre-order from you & your guests to enable us to provide you with the very best customer service & to ensure your celebrations run smoothly.  You will find a link on each menu to the relevant pre-order form – please print, complete & return to us.  Alternatively, pop in & we can provide you with one.

Honey roasted parsnip & butternut squash soup

Deep fried brie with a port & cranberry relish

Smoked salmon terrine with prawns, Miami cocktail sauce & buttered granary bread

Sautéed mushrooms in garlic, brandy & cream in a filo basket with crispy onions

Leek, mushroom & cheddar tart topped with a poached egg

Slow cooked confit of duck leg with a bacon & thyme rösti & a port & red wine sauce
