Starters – A Platter For Two to Share

Smoked salmon, king prawns, crab & crayfish with Parma ham wrapped melon, chicken liver & brandy pate, assorted Italian charcutiere with onion relish, Marie Rose sauce, cheese stuffed peppers & tomato chutney with home-made focaccia bread

Satay chicken skewers, lamb kofta kebabs, crispy chilli beef, duck spring rolls & pork yuk sung, served with spring onion & bean sprout salad, satay sauce, cucumber & mint salsa, lettuce & soy & honey dressing

Whipped goats cheese, orange & beetroot salsa. Aubergine caviar, parmesan toasts. Vegetable terrine with piccalilli. Mozzarella & tomato salad, mushroom pate with melba toast

 

Main Courses

Fillet of beef Wellington with madeira sauce

Roast fillet of pork with a ginger, apricot & rosemary stuffing wrapped in bacon with a shallot, ginger wine & cream sauce

Glazed king prawn, scallop & salmon thermidor on a bed of leeks & spinach

Breast of chicken stuffed with sun-dried tomato, mozzarella, parmesan & basil with tomato & basil fettucine & sweet cherry tomato cream sauce

Roasted Aubergine with a veg mince, mushroom & herb stuffing topped with vegetarian cheese, tomato sauce

All main courses served with a selection of vegetables with dauphinoise potatoes, garlic & rosemary roasted baby potatoes.
