Roast sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding

Roast breast of turkey with sausage & bacon piggy’s, sage, onion & black pudding bon-bon

Breast of chicken on a spring onion mash with a bacon, brandy & wild mushroom sauce

Slow cooked belly pork, creamy mash, Dijon mustard & cider sauce

Grilled gammon with two fried eggs or roasted pineapple & bucket of chips

Steak, mushroom & Stilton Pie

Trio of sausage, (Cumberland, pork & apple, caramelised onion) with creamy mash, onion gravy & York’y
