Prawn cocktail with buttered granary bread

Deep fried four cheese ravioli with chilli jam & sweet chilli dressing (v)

Home-made duck liver & wild mushroom pate with black currant onion pickle, toasted bloomer bread, fig & pear dressing

Home-made black pudding with grilled goats cheese, cider poached apple, beetroot chutney

Salmon, coriander & sweet chilli fishcake with a sun-dried tomato & garlic dip

Baked mushrooms stuffed with garlic, butter, herbs & Parmesan

Crispy hen’s egg, Wiltshire ham, toasted brioche, Dijon mustard & tarragon hollandaise

Roast sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding

Roast loin of pork with a leek, apple & herb stuffing & crackling

Breast of chicken stuffed with Gruyere cheese & spinach wrapped in bacon, on creamy mash with a Prosecco wine sauce

Medallions of pork on a leek & bacon mash, brandy & Dijon mustard cream sauce

Lamb, bacon & leek pie cooked in a rich port & red currant sauce

10oz sirloin steak   (£6.00 extra)  (Served with a bucket of chips and a choice of sauces, brandy & black pepper, bacon, port & Stilton, Jack Daniels & wild mushroom)

Fillet of salmon topped with a Lancaster cheese crumble, chive sauce

Paupiettte of plaice with a crab & crayfish stuffing, Noilly prat & chive sauce

Caramelised onion, spinach & goat’s cheese strudel (v)
