visits The Rag
In 2008 Michael Benniston (Benny) took part in a national competition organised by Carlsberg Tetley at Novelli's famous cookery academy in Tea Green, Hertfordshire.
Jean-Christophe worked with competitors to design a menu and create a signature dish for The Rag and on 27th August 2008 he visited The Rag.
The event was a huge success with visits from the local press and an appearance on Central News.
