Bacon wrapped roulade of turkey with a sage, pork & apricot stuffing, pig in blanket & thyme & red-currant jus
Medallions of pork fillet with black pudding, glazed apple, cider & Dijon mustard sauce
Fillet of salmon with king prawns glazed in a thermidor sauce
Spinach, wild mushroom & goat’s cheese vol-u-vent with a pimento cream
