Deep fried four cheese ravioli with chilli jam & sweet chilli dressing

Smoked salmon terrine with gin cured salmon, cucumber & gin salsa, honey & mustard sauce & granary bread

Baked mushrooms in garlic, red wine & cream topped with Parmesan with garlic ciabatta
