Spiced butternut squash & parsnip soup

Smoked salmon & beetroot gradlax terrine with stout cured salmon & buttered granary bread

Baked camembert with caramelised onion chutney & dipping cheese & black pepper straws

Smoked duck & bacon Caesar salad topped with a poached egg

The Main Event 

Roast breast of turkey with an apricot, sage & cranberry stuffing, herbed sausage and bacon roll

Slow cooked lamb shank, parsnip & potato mash, redcurrant, port & red wine sauce, parsnip crisps

Breast of duck, confit of duck leg fritter, anna potatoes, black berry & red wine sauce

Salmon Wellington stuffed with crab, ginger & spring onion with a beurre blanc & chive sauce
