Spiced butternut squash & sweet potato soup with cheese straws & warm ciabatta roll

Twice baked red Leicester & caramelised red onion soufflé with balsamic dressed rocket & cherry tomato relish

Smoked haddock, leek & cheddar cheese tart topped with a poached egg

Warm smoked duck, black-pudding & crispy Parma ham salad with a honey & mustard dressing

Ballontine of smoked salmon, crab & crayfish with sloe gin cured salmon, Marie rose sauce & buttered granary bread


The Main Event ……

Roast breast of turkey with an, apricot, sage & cranberry stuffing, herbed sausage and bacon roll

Slow cooked lamb shank, leek & bacon mash, red-currant, port & red wine sauce, parsnip crisps

Breast of duck, confit of duck leg fritter, dauphinoise potatoes, blackberry & red wine sauce

Scotch whisky & maple syrup glazed salmon, fondant potato,  beurre blanc sauce

Sirloin steak, with a choice of sauces, pepper, Jack Daniels & wild mushroom, bacon, port & Stilton
