Seafood board of smoked salmon, gin & tonic cured salmon, crab & prawns with Marie rose sauce & granary bread

Baked Camembert topped with a cranberry, fig & pear crumble, warm blue cheese dipping straws & mulled pear

Crab & scallop lasagne with pan fried scallop & crab bisque cream

Black pudding, bacon & smoked duck salad with a honey & mustard dressing & deep-fried hens egg

The Main Event 

Roast breast of Turkey with an apricot, sage & cranberry stuffing served with a bacon wrapped chipolata

Slow cooked blade of beef, horseradish mash, oxtail & wild mushroom croquette, shallot & red wine sauce
